If you credit card has been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Company shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card.

You, the buyer, will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges incurred under the Return Policy. Before an item can be returned, you must call to get an RMA number. All packages returned without a valid RMA number will be refused. The product must be returned in the same, or better, packaging it was originally received. You must insure the package with enough insurance to cover the original purchase price.

For our retail customers we offer a flat shipping of $9.95 per order on all orders under $100.00, after all discounts have been applied.
