Privacy Statement


For each visitor to our web page, our web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our web site, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.

Typographical Errors


In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in price information received from our suppliers, Company shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product listed at the incorrect price. Company shall have the right to refuse any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If you credit card has been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Company shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card.

Warranty Policy


DeeLee Candles takes great pride in everything we create and sell. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. To this end, we offer a FULL 30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE on everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you can return your product for a full refund, less shipping and handling. The 30-day return policy does not apply to any item that is a custom or special order.

All items returned must be unopened and unused. We will not accept returns on any candle which has been burnt or used in a candle warmer. To return an item,

  1. Please contact us to obtain an RMA number. Please have your order number ready. This can be found on the invoice e-mailed to you at checkout. 
  2. All items must be returned in new, resaleable condition.
  3. You must return the product to us, postage pre-paid in the same or better packaging as it was received. Our mailing address can be found on our contact us page.
  4. You must insure the package with enough insurance to cover the retail price the product(s) being returned.
  5. We will not refund to any other source except what you originally purchased our product with. If you paid with Visa, the credit will be issued to your Visa card, etc.
  6. We will issue a refund within 7-days after we receive your package. You will receive an email from us when we have issued a credit to your account.

Return Policy


7-Day Return Policy
Feel comfortable and safe when you purchase though DeeLee Candles. We offer a 7-day Money Back Guarantee if your product breaks or is damanged in transit. You can send your product back and receive a full refund, less shipping and handling.  
 
You, the buyer, will be responsible for all shipping and handling charges incurred under the Return Policy. Before an item can be returned, you must call to get an RMA number. All packages returned without a valid RMA number will be refused. The product must be returned in the same, or better, packaging it was originally received. You must insure the package with enough insurance to cover the original purchase price.

Shipping Information


For our retail customers we offer a flat shipping of $9.95 per order on all orders under $100.00, after all discounts have been applied.

As a special thank you to all our loyal customers, we are currently offering FREE SHIPPING on purchases of $100.00 dollars or more. Your product will ship by either UPS or USPS Priority Mail. We only ship to the USA, within the contiguous 48 states. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, P.O. Boxes, APO AFO addresses.
